CSM (Ret.) Carl B. McPherson Sr.

Co-Founder

Carl McPherson Sr. is a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major (CSM) with over 30 years of service. He has held leadership roles including Commandant of the U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer Academy and Deputy Director of the Intelligence Community Logistics program. Deputy Chief of Operations, of the Talent Acquisition Division, in Office of The Director of National Intelligence.

Mr. McPherson also brings extensive expertise in logistics management and strategic planning, supporting mission-critical objectives for CI agencies. He oversees logistics processes by leveraging existing networks, anticipating operational needs, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance mission support. His work includes developing and synchronizing global logistics strategies, guiding property management programs, and fostering interagency collaboration. As a key leader in the CI Logistics and TAM community, he actively leads committees and working groups to improve integration, coordination, and information sharing.

He earned a Bachelor’s in criminal justice and a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy and the U.S. Army Battle Staff Course.

He has received numerous civilian and military awards to include the Bronze Star and Legion of Merit.

Married with six children and six grandchildren, he continues to exemplify dedication and leadership in every facet of his work.


CSM (Ret.) Bernard C. McPherson Sr.

Co-Founder

Bernard C. McPherson Sr. is a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major (CSM) with nearly 33 years of distinguished service. Throughout his military career, he held leadership positions at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, including command of two major Military Police units in combat.

McPherson’s dedication to mentoring and training thousands of soldiers has left a lasting impact on their professional growth. His exceptional service earned him numerous honors, including two Legions of Merit and two Bronze Stars.

Following his military service, McPherson transitioned to a career in security management and has held leadership roles, including Security Project Manager for Omniplex International Security Services, overseeing armed special police officer guard forces at multiple sites in Washington, D.C.

Currently, he serves as the Security Contract Manager for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) in Washington, D.C., and its supporting facility in Bowie, Maryland.

McPherson holds a Master’s in Business Organization and Security Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University. His education is further complemented by advanced military leadership training, including the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy.

Married for 41 years, McPherson exemplifies unwavering commitment, leadership, and service to his community and country.
