Our history

M&M Leadership Consultants began as a vision in late November 2023. Driven by a passion for leadership development and organizational excellence, Carl and Bernard McPherson sought to create a platform that would empower leaders across various sectors.

This vision came to life in February 2024 at the Inaugural Leadership Conference. The event was held with the Executive Staff of the Orangeburg County Sheriff Department, bringing together 45 participants. This conference marked the beginning of M&M Leadership Consultants’ journey in shaping effective and dynamic leaders.

The Inaugural Conference received positive reviews and comments, highlighting the impactful sessions and the practical insights provided. Participants appreciated the tailored approach and the emphasis on real-world applications of leadership principles.
